Hollywood has come back from the brink before, by daring to think beyond blockbusters and Raging Bulls. "In 2020, American cinema is again in rough waters. Audiences are staying away from theatres in droves while voracious streamers prey on weakened studios. The social change that has roiled a polarized country is reverberating in Hollywood, where the old ways no longer work ,and traditional gatekeepers are being forced to hand over the keys."
