The biggest-ever study of astronaut health gives us clues on what to look for in future long-haul space missions. Astronaut Scott Kelly lived and worked in the International Space Station for 340 days, setting the record for the longest time an American has spent in space. Interestingly, not only did he contribute through the work he did there but also by giving scientists a unique opportunity into understanding what really happens to the human body after long stays in orbit. How? Well, he has an identical twin brother, Mark, who stayed on Earth. Neel V. Patel, from MIT Technology Review, reports on the study's fascinating results.
